Problem 1

The standard brokerage commission on a home sale is 6%, with 3% going to the buyer’s agent and 3% going to the seller’s agent. UpsideDoor thought people spent too much to sell their homes. 

Solution 1

We built a web transaction platform that allowed UpsideDoor to create a seamless process to sell homes for their clients.

We built a web and mobile app to help homeowners understand their asset. Collecting home data as simple as taking a picture. Our team built the app from scratch following the process from gathering requirements to delivering a fully functioning app.
